Grey Worldwide, WE ARE PI, and the previously announced XITE and HALAL, will also be highlighted on ADE’s Dance & Brands program in the DeLaMar Theater on ADE Friday.
Following updates on ADE Green and De School’s 62-hour event, we focus our attention on the ADE Dance & Brands program, which is nearing completion. ADE’s conference covering the nature of relationships between musicians and their brand partners is once again filled with stories, the realities of creative partnerships, examples of symbiotic creativity and work by decent video makers worldwide.
We have already announced the addition of HALAL’s Gijs Determeijer in The A-Z of Music & Brands, as well as XITE, represented by of Manon Fennis and Louiza Voorthuijsen, who will be describing how the channel interacts with major brands.
Additionally, WE ARE PI’s Rick Chant will be showcasing some work in How to Drop the Bass in Space and Other Wild Experiments in Music. He will then be joined by Heineken’s Diogo Pinhero to chat about the dynamic work WE ARE PI has done for Desperados.
Grey Worldwide’s Director of Music Josh Rabinowitz will be revealing some previously unknown backstories to collaborations between artists and brands in his opening talk, A Biased History of Music In Advertising. Later on, he also chairs So You Think You Can Sync! where artists with little or no experience of writing music for adverts get the chance to prove what they can do to a panel of experts.
